2. Products

Watchtops sells 1:1 super clone timepieces sourced from independent factories. Every product page states its factory, series, specifications and exact USD price. Product photos are of the actual watches we ship, and each watch is inspected before dispatch.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. Payments are processed securely through PayPal. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.

4. Shipping

We ship worldwide to 180+ countries via DHL, FedEx and Aramex, with delivery typically in 5–10 days after dispatch. Every order is insured against customs seizure — if a watch is intercepted, we reship free of charge or refund you in full. See the Shipping Policy for details.

5. Returns & Refunds

Every watch is backed by our 90-day money-back guarantee: if your watch arrives with any defect in movement, finish or function, or differs from its description, you receive a full refund on the item price with no restocking fees. See the Quality Guarantee for the full process.

6. Accuracy of Content

We work hard to keep product information, photos and prices accurate, but minor errors may occur. If we discover an error after your order, we will contact you to confirm or cancel it with a full refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Watchtops' liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
